Mini Piling for Foundations.

Piling in Carbis Bay

Carnon Contracting have recently completed several small mini piling contracts for private customers and small developers throughout Devon and Cornwall.

Mini Piling quite often provides a cost effective alternative to deep concrete foundations and avoids the requirement to take large quantities of surplus spoil off site. This is especially important for contaminated sites where the cost of disposal can be prohibitive.

Carnon are also able to install a suitable ring beam on the mini piles to support he structure and are therefore in a position to offer a “one stop shop” mini piling solution to problem foundations caused by poor ground conditions or contamination.
